I brought my car for free estimate as they advertise online and most shop do free estimate and talked with Mike there very clearly that I was for estimate only and will decide for repair based on estimate as I don't want to spend my own pocket money for repair so now after estimate done I am going to get $600 after deductible so I called there and talked to Lady Manager there and she said If I have to take my car I have to pay $350 dollar and pick my car. I went there free estimate only so I asked to transfer phone to Mike I met him only while I drop my car. He never call me and My wife met him and he said they already started work or ordered part and car is in shop. my wife asked him to talk to me but he never call and when I talked manager lady she said they did not start any work yet and asked me to pick car and pay fee for estimate .. now I have to involve police and both are talking different and lying for money. Beware of this hop think before u go there very rude manager and lying
